Pusheen tank dress

Well it's been a long while ever since i made another niffty custom design for New Leaf. and this is pretty much a good contribution to the Pusheen series, which if i remember Pusheen is an animated webcomic about a cutely drawn titular gray tabby cat. which yet a lot of people actually find this cute.

So i decided to port a pusheen-like background image as a custom designed sleeveless dress for all the pusheen fans to enjoy.
